Job Description

Requirement:

A result driven L&D Manager that will work towards imparting learning and elevating the levels of competence of our inside sales team and enabling functions. You will do this by applying the most suited learning principles for young adults and by liaising with the HRBPs and the Business leaders. Your objective will be to ensure that you understand the business needs and identify the most suitable way to achieve that need through the training programs

How:

We expect you to be passionate about helping people enable a transformational experience to our prospect learners. To do so you need to possess design thinking skills, high agility levels, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should also have experience with competency mapping, TNA/TNI, ROE/ROI, facilitation of workshops at an individual contributor and at a managerial level, training design (E-Learning & In Person) and budget management & ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Review individual and development needs of the sales vertical by designing and conducting surveys, on the floor interviews, analysing sales funnel data etc

- Experience with creating/deploying best-in-class assessments for evaluating learning

- Deploy different kinds of learning methods such as coaching- mentoring, e-learning etc. for the employees on the sales floor

- Creating competency maps for the functional teams across the ecosystem and running programs in alignment with the competency model

- Enabling managers to facilitate clear, crisp and empathetic communication with their team members

- Collaborate and work with the Sales Training team to ensure seamless delivery and quality of training

- Liaison with the HRBPs and senior Sales Stakeholders to understand business needs

- Create systems and processes to monitor learning interventions and their impact

- Develop, design and deliver content around functional (sales) + behavioural skills

- Curating the content with an in-depth understanding of the audience and delivering content which is best suited for learning outcomes

- Delivering on projects in a timely manner and ensuring superior quality

- Adept at using MS-Office suite - MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint
