Roles and Responsibilities : - Market Research of new fields of Program Launch including Competition Research, Job Market and Industry Trends. Coordination with Internal Teams for a detailed proposal on Program Launch. - Partnering with the University Partnership Team to ensure timely launches - Identify Improvement in the Current Portfolio for Business Growth through Sales Feedback, - Customer/Market Research, Positioning, Bundling, Pricing Changes, Rejector Analysis, and other Initiatives. - Preparing Sales Enablement Collaterals for better customer experience from Lead Drop to the Onboarding - Stage and sharing regular feedback with Internal Teams for optimizing the approach. - Driving Business Growth through Referral and Repeat Channels. Work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver Mid Funnel Interventions to drive better conversion. - Understanding Program Growth WoW/MoM/QoQ and deep dive on the challenges. Closely work with Sales & Marketing to keep the program portfolio healthy and growing. Pre-Requisites : - 2-7 Years of Professional Experience - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Research, and Analytical skills - Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with implementable solutions - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get work done - Ability to work on multiple tasks independently - Ability to define and complete the work within predefined timelines - Previous Program Management Experience Preferred - Tier 1 MBA Preferred
