What You Would Be Doing: - Lead all aspects of marketing across online, offline, social, content, research for the Data Science/Product Management community on the upGrad app to help acquire new users to the holding platform (the app) - Own customer research, consumer insights, community communication and positioning to make the community vibrant and buzzing with activity - Work with Product Managers on the app to scale the community in terms of acquisition and engagement to increase its appeal - Work with program directors, program managers, inside sales teams and FoS teams to help convert a portion of users in the community to paid learners on the upGrad platform - Own all the activities to be performed to keep the community abuzz and vibrant at all times - Own metrics around user engagement viz- Daily Active Users, Monthly Active Users etc - Interface with the Inside Sales/FoS teams around lead generation and work with them closely to convert leads to paid users - Co-own the revenue generated from the users of the community (along with Product Managers) What We Are Looking At: - In depth understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing, media channels and brand. - Ability to work and co-ordinate with internal and external teams - Ability to identify features in the community based on consumer insights and make valuable interventions/suggestions - Strategic thinking + execution powerhouse - Prior experience in user engagement preferable - 1-2 years of prior experience in Program Management is preferable - Functional knowledge of Product Management and Data Science is preferred (not mandatory)
