As an individual, you will be
- Managing the strategic Account management business unit of UpGrad.
- Responsible for the growth and profitability of large accounts in your respective geographies and further support the Global Expansion for UpGrad Education in Singapore & Africa.
- Managing a strong pipeline of new clients in your regions.
- Expected to outperform team with strong capabilities in partner channel management
- Building the EdTech enterprise business ecosystem in your respective regions - responsibility for building UpGrad's Enterprise business including sales, marketing, customer success in your allocated geographies.
- To grow company's business in your geographies by developing indirect channels for long term revenues.
- Expertise in Strategic Decision Making, Crisis Management, Business Analysis, Driving Operational Efficiency and Conceptual Selling.
- Responsible to Identify & establish multiple partner channels which can generate sustainable revenues to the company.
- Working with the content development, marketing and delivery teams to ensure continuity in revenues for the organization with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Responsible for interact, initiate, negotiate and finalize deals, offering solutions to address the clients' requirements.
What we are looking for
- Engineering / MBA from a top tier College / B-school
- 6+ years in Enterprise Sales, Business development, Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Worked previously in a similar capacity at a leading start-up or an established business house
- From Consulting/Banking backgrounds with a solid growth start-up experience in roles across category management or strategic initiatives.
- Excellence in Enterprise Sales Strategy, Driving Revenue, Product Market Identification, Account Management, B2B Marketing Strategy, Organizational goal alignment, Relationship Building
