About the role:

Driving Brand Initiatives, Campaign Planning, Media Strategy, Execution and Performance Tracking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

- Ideate, develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns covering Digital, ATL (TV / Print/ Radio/ OOH/ Cinema), and media Innovation

- Ensure day to day running and optimization of brand marketing initiatives

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Analytics, Sales, Finance, Legal teams) to ensure smooth campaign execution across the board

- Undertake media planning, buying & execution of campaigns through media agency, as well as directly

- Take end to end ownership of brand initiatives including budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation

Marketing Analytics:

- Analyze web & app metrics, develop campaign effectiveness reports and recommend optimizations to improve media performance

- Deep-dive into data (primary and secondary) to unearth consumer insights

- Report campaign performances across brand & business metrices

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Marketing / Post Graduation in relevant fields from Top Schools

- Data-savvy marketeer, with very strong analytical skills

- Experience using Google Analytics, Apps Flyer and other analytics tools

- Brand management experience of at least 2 - 4 years, with hands-on exposure in a similar role (Candidates from start-ups / tech industries will be preferred)

- Absolute ownership and accountability

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self starter; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, deadline-driven and challenging environment
