About Role : B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall brand engagement of upGrad for Business, the B2B arm of upGrad across India. This encompasses the Design, Build, and Execution of end-to-end marketing strategies that deliver key business goals; both strategic and operational. He/she will be comfortable with delivering on the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs to meet the dynamic demands of our industry. Roles & Responsibilities : Manager Marketing - Demand generation expert / Growth Expert (Execution excellence) 1. Conduct regular, in-depth competitive analysis to ensure the Sales team is aware of new developments so they can speak more credibly with prospects 2. Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across all channels. This includes email, paid search, events, content syndication, social, etc. (In collaboration with Marketing associate) 3. Own the marketing prospect database. Improve the size and quality of contacts to support future marketing campaigns 4. Analyze campaign effectiveness and maximize Marketing ROI 5. Manage the marketing automation system and integration with the CRM to ensure the right information is captured to handoff leads to Sales/CGS and attribute campaign success 6. Own the content calendar to support demand generation efforts across channels Skills Required : - Graduate & above or equivalent working experience - Proficient using marketing automation technology - Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends - Keen attention to detail - Experience with email automation tools - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player and collaborative - Innovative bent of mine - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills
