We are currently seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the group. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the project is delivered as per the project plan, providing after Go Live support, and overseeing day-to-day system maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes. Additionally, you will be responsible for automating existing manual processes to streamline the team's efforts and ensuring data accuracy within the system.


The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with HRIS and a strong background in HR process design.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the implementation of the HRIS for the organization, ensuring adherence to the project plan and timelines.

- Provide support and guidance during the implementation process, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

- Oversee post-implementation support, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting systemrelated problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the HRIS.

- Perform day-to-day system maintenance, including data management, system configuration, and user access management.

- Identify areas for system enhancements and collaborate with internal IT teams or vendors to implement necessary changes or bug fixes.

- Streamline manual HR processes by identifying automation opportunities and developing efficient workflows within the HRIS.

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.

- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

- Provide training and user support to HR team members, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the HRIS functionality and processes.

- Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices, making recommendations for system improvements and process optimization.
