Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage a small team of business analysts - Work closely with Head - Marketing for business planning, problem identification and hypothesis testing - Track, identify and flag issues in the marketing funnel and consumer intent - - Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns - Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement - Track CRM campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates, conversion, reactivation) Communicating & collaborating internal stakeholders to analyze information needs - Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns - Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data - Recommend website and campaign optimizations - Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc) - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition - Run the marketing planning process in close coordination with the business and sales teams - Run a one-stop shop for everything on Marketing insights Skill required: - Keen interest and experience in business analytics and marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Querying, BI Tools - In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies - Strong MS Excel - Strong analytical Education - Top 10 Business School Location - Mumbai/Bangalore
