Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Own the entire paid marketing charter for acquiring users through all digital channels (Google, Facebook, Youtube etc)
2. Lead the charter for driving user growth for the learner counseling portal through product led growth, user engagement features/ activities & Organic
3. Be a custodian of the brand across all channels & learner touch points
4. Own the charter for developing insights for user growth, new product development
5. Build content for campaigns through agencies/ inhouse teams
6. Liaise closely with Sales, Product and other relevant teams to deliver numbers and drive strategic projects
7. Own the entire CRM charter through internal channels
8. Consistently expand profit pool, through deep understanding of end to end conversion funnel, business model and investment of budget on the right channels/ campaigns
Skills Required:
1. MBA from Tier 1 institute
2. Atleast 5-6 years of experience across digital marketing, user growth, product marketing for
an ecommerce/ fintech/ edtech company
3. Demonstrated experience of leading high growth assignments
4. Deep understanding of consumer funnel metrics, traffic metrics, digital marketing metrics with high analytical ability
