Summary :
- You own everything digital from Demand Generation to Lead Nurturing to Conversion.
- You will head the Performance marketing,SEO, Content and Lead Nurturing/Marketing Automation for all the verticals
Data Analytics, Digital, Product Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Role :
- Design, Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for UpGrad across verticals and channels
Performance Marketing : Media Buying and Customer Acquisition on all digital channels
- Facebook,SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliates,Re marketing and Email.
SEO2.0 : Focus on increasing the organic and referral traffic with new age and out of the box SEO techniques - On page, Off Page, Link Building,Influencer Marketing and Content
Content Marketing : Design, Develop and Execute a world class inbound marketing strategy across channels and formats using content. Build and Own the assets - content hub, communities, YouTube channels and more.
Lead Nurturing/Marketing Automation : Design and Develop the lead nurturing strategy across verticals (data, digital, product and entrepreneurship) and channels (email,sms, website,webinars, notifications, 1:1 session, direct marketing etc.)
- Build a cutting edge digital team of T shaped marketers with breadth and depth across digital skills.
- Work with the program directors and teams to design marketing plans for individual verticals/programs.
Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing and managing a digital team
- Hands on experience with all the marketing platforms
- Tier I engineering/MBA Institution
- Experience with B2B marketing/education/digital agencies is a plus
