We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of alternative acquisition channels, focusing on webinars, small group career coaching, and scholarship tests, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Specialist specializing in alternative acquisition channels, you will play a pivotal role in expanding upGrad's market presence through innovative strategies tailored to webinars, small group career coaching, and scholarship tests.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing campaigns that effectively leverage these channels to attract and convert prospective students, contributing to upGrad's mission of democratizing education.

Responsibilities:

Webinars:

- Conceptualize and organize engaging webinars aimed at showcasing upGrad's programs and addressing the needs and interests of prospective students.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry leaders to develop compelling webinar content that resonates with target audiences.

- Coordinate webinar logistics, including promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up, to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.

- Analyse webinar performance metrics and attendee feedback to refine strategies and improve future webinar initiatives.

- Small Group Career Coaching:

- Design and implement small group career coaching sessions that provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students in their career advancement journey.

- Recruit and manage a network of career coaches and mentors, ensuring alignment with upGrad's values and objectives.

- Develop resources and materials to enhance the effectiveness of career coaching sessions, catering to the specific needs and goals of participants.

- Evaluate the impact of career coaching initiatives on student outcomes and satisfaction, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- With improved clarity on career prospects help potential learners to enrol into an upskilling program fit for their career choices

Scholarship Tests:

- Develop and execute scholarship tests as a means of attracting high-potential candidates to upGrad's programs, aligning with the company's commitment to accessibility and affordability.

- Design test formats and assessment criteria that accurately evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications, ensuring fairness and transparency in the selection process.

- Promote scholarship tests through targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, maximizing participation and awareness.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of scholarship initiatives in driving student enrollment and diversity, refining strategies as necessary to optimize results.
