The job will include the following responsibilities: - Own program design and management across multiple disciplines such as Data Science, Technology &amp; Management, etc. - Do deep dive research and come up with innovative new programs / interventions in existing programs to improve key metrics - Own key metrics including student satisfaction and career impact for learners - Research on the best practices in content creation, online/blended learning models and delivery and help institutionalize those practices - Work with diverse team of instructional designers, university faculty, industry SMEs Key Requirements: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in a high growth environment - Strong analytical and complex problem solving mindset - Entrepreneurial with High degree of ownership and result orientation - Ability to work in a cross functional environment - Strong communication skills
