Role and Responsibilities :

- UpGrad is looking for people passionate about management, technology, the future, and education to help shaping learning experience for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow. The job will include the following responsibilities:

- Provide inspired leadership for the organization

- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions

- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures

- Work with senior stakeholders

- Stakeholder management and expectation alignment with various collaborating parties

- Resolve all kinds of student queries

- Set clear team goals and KPIs and oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines

- Discover training needs and provide coaching

- Perform quality check on assignment and project feedback provided by external teaching assistants

- Streamline process to reduce the turnaround time in providing feedback and grading

- Interact with learners to resolve doubts or collect feedback

What we are looking for :

- Post graduate with 4+ years of experience

- Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech or related major

- Experience in managing and leading a team for more than 3 years

- Good understanding of Data/AI/Software/Technology programs

- Excellent problem solving and agile project management skills

- Strong record of personal achievements in professional and/or personal life

- Ability to grasp academic concepts quickly

- Interest in online education or teaching experience would be valuable

- Excellent communication skills

- Ownership and long term thinking
