Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop world-class content for courses on various subjects taught in colleges across India.

- Understand the industry requirements and develop courses to help students meet high standards

- Plan and execute student competency assessment and engagement to ensure an extraordinary learning experience

- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, and overall course experience

- Define & structure content development process; work with educational content across all levels

- Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders

- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams such as production, quality assurance and business development to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet content production deliverables

Min Skills Required:

- BE/ B-Tech/ M-Tech Graduate or equivalent

- Good to have: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication

- Other branches such as Mechanical and Civil can also apply if interested and can demonstrate aptitude in domains mentioned below.

- Overall years of experience: 1 - 2 years

- Have worked on and are interested in technical domains such as Data (Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, DBMS) or Technology (Full Stack Development, Blockchain, Backend, Frontend Development, Mobile App Development, Software Engineering)

- Intermediate or Advanced Level of Expertise in at least one Programming language: Python, Java, javascript, node, react, solidity, C, C++ etc.

- Being creative, energetic, able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas, good communication skills, being street smart and have worked in extracurriculars and being a good team player.

- Excellence in problem-solving and structuring of complex processes in new terrains

- Good to have; Knowledge in (digital) pedagogic content production; preferably in higher education

- Good to have; Teaching or content creation experience would be valuable
