What You Would Be Doing - Work with the HR head on ideation/ conceptualization & implementation/ execution of new initiatives, processes, interventions etc - Partner with business leaders to drive process improvements; identify root causes to issues and recommend concrete solutions that increase organizational capability - Support HR and business leaders in execution of change management plans, gather feedback from associates and Managers and present to the leadership Team - Design & implement various OD interventions from scratch, basis organizational requirements - Responsible to do analysis of various people data, build dashboards & provide key people insights - The Individual would be responsible for all the Business HR Activities of the Organization - Lead facilitation of process trainings, policy awareness sessions, change management discussions on org / policy / process changes What We Are Looking For - 1-3 Years of experience post MBA - Full Time MBA from Premier B-Schools (XLRI,TISS,MDI,Symbiosis,NMIMS,etc) - Some-one who has worked into Setting up/Streamlining with HR Policies & Processes - Some one who is strong in analytical skills and is able to generate insights basis data - Someone who is independent in thinking & strong in execution - Currently should be working into Special projects/ OD interventions/ Business HR/ corporate HR - Role - Preferred from (Start-ups/Internet/E-commerce/Education/FMCG)
