This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Head of Sales and works closely with Solution managers, Territory & Strategic Managers in building Sales pipeline and drive solution and revenue. Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Do a thorough pre-qualification of every lead and prospect identified - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure - Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. - Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system - Utilize Zoho CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates - Focusing on increasing the revenue and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
