Roles & Responsibilities: - Liaise with various internal stakeholders to train, educate & drive awareness for referral lead generation across various customer facing stakeholders - Liaise with creative and design team to curate creatives for email, whatsapp, and platform marketing and assist in launching campaign - Innovate unique opportunities and initiatives for tapping in existing customer base for referral lead generation - Work with sales team members to drive last mile conversion - initiative level training, pitch improvisation, call listening - Execute contests, incentives programs & schemes to drive referral programs - Assist in existing funnels to drive referral generation & ideate more opportunities for growth - Assist in defining new process improvement opportunities in the current referral operations Skills Required : - Good listening skills and active problem-solving skills - Demonstrated history of working and achieving targets in a sales role - Excellent Communication skills ( Verbal & Written) - Relationship Management - Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor - Able to professionally and confidently communicate - Experienced in launching marketing campaigns and have an eye to finalize attractive creatives - Proficient in Ms Excel to make dashboards and analyze data Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
