Role Summary :

UpGrad is looking for people passionate about management, technology, the future, and education to help design learning programs for working professionals to stay sharp and stay relevant and help build the careers of tomorrow.

You have an opportunity to lead and run such programs as an AD - Learning Experience in the Content Team for our management, commerce and arts programs. AD - LE is a senior leadership role wherein you will lead a team of Sr Content Strategists (Sr CS), Content Strategists (CS) etc to design and develop the learning experience of various online programs.

KRAs, Roles & Responsibilities :

The main KRAs for this role are the following metrics for multiple programs :

- NPS / CSAT score by the learners (the quality of learning experience)

- Outcomes (% learners who achieve outcomes)

- Cost / efficiency of content development

- Lead and manage a team of Sr CSes and CSes and work with SMEs, in-house instructors and industry and academic faculty members to design and develop high quality content. This would involve Conducting learner and industry / outcomes research to design the curriculum for the programs

- Working with SMEs, instructors, vendors and in-house team to design and develop the content

- Building and training the team to adopt and improve the instructional design practices and content development processes

- Analysing learner feedback and iterating the product / content to improve the quality (as measured though NPS / CSAT / Outcomes)

- Develop strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of competitors, industry and cutting-edge practices in the area of relevant programs; develop a vision for a large set of programs (i.e. vertical) and lead the team to execute the same.

Skills Required :

- 5-12 years of total work experience in education / edtech companies

- Strong instructional design experience

- Education (Bachelors/Masters) from Tier-I or Tier-II engineering colleges

- Experience managing teams of at least 6-10 people, stakeholder management (clients/business partners/vendors etc.
