Role and Responsibilities

- We are looking for an ambitious and Assistant Program Manager - Sourcing. You will be responsible for identifying the right talent to support daily online operations. Assistant Program Manager is responsible for the companys end to end sourcing of experts essential for delivering online services.

- In addition, the individual will be responsible for all phases of sourcing that require the skills necessary to identify the right talent, cost saving opportunities, creatively negotiate, generate & close contracts to assure seamless availability of experts to support the company objectives.

- Assistant Program Managers are there to solve problems and increase efficiency, so they must be highly analytical and detail-oriented. In order to successfully negotiate, they also need to be excellent communicators who are persuasive and have great interpersonal skills. Juggling many tasks at once, they are great at prioritizing and highly organized.

The set of responsibilities include:

- Source and build a network of experts

- Reach out to leads through cold calling with the help of your team

- Negotiate terms and remuneration with experts

- Get the experts vetted before finalizing an expert

- Close and execute contracts with experts

- Build relationships with experts and vendors

- Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy

- Write sourcing documentation and statements

- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, quality, budgets and expenditures.

- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

- Preparing status/weekly reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
