Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Calculating payable Days, LOP, Incentives, Variables, bonus, tax, and deductions. - Good knowledge of Statutory Compliances &amp; Income tax rules - Maintaining employee records &amp; CTC file - Providing information and answering employee queries about payroll &amp; related matters within 24 hours of TAT. - Coordinating with HRBP and accounting to verify employee data and its reconciliations. - Preparing reports and financial statements. - Processing End-to-End Payroll, Full &amp; Final settlement. Skills Required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs. - Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations. - Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
