Roles and Responsibilities :

- Help design product requirements and visualise flow of operations, watch over the implementation of product to derive efficiency and improve experience.

- Create SOPs and Processes for various initiatives to ensure outcomes for the learners and monitoring quality to ensure continuous improvement of the service offered

- Own every process, understand the gap between the target and the output, undertake root cause analysis at every step and ensure complete data visibility across the board.

- Eliminate gaps by implementing strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required

- Work with other Learning Experience team such as Content, Delivery, Student Success, Careers & Corporate Partnerships to drive over action plans

Key Requirements :

- The ideal fit for this profile are candidates with: - Education (Bachelors/Masters) from engineering/MBA colleges

- 2-4 years of total work experience in consultancy firms / product companies / fast growing startups / edtech companies etc.

- Minimum team management experience of 1 year and ability to connect with people across teams and levels

- Experience in process excellence, process improvement, execution and RCA

- Ability to translate gaps into execution plans and take them to completion

- (Optional, good to have) A high-level understanding of emerging technologies
