- Proven Growth Leader: Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience (more considered!) in driving high-impact growth initiatives within fast-paced startups or growth-focused organizations.

- Owner - Owns an initiative from 0 to 1 and later from 1 to 100

- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Adept at analyzing metrics, testing hypotheses, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

- Creative Strategist: Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table, while remaining resourceful and adaptable in overcoming challenges.
