Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

- Take end-to-end ownership of processes and initiatives to ensure outcomes for learners

- Carry out primary and secondary research to understand market trends and competitor offerings

- Collect and analyze primary and secondary data to identify gaps between the target and the output for various metrics, and undertake root cause analysis

- Convert the gap into strategies and action by working with cross-functional teams and drive the changes required

- Work with other Learning Experience team such as Content, Delivery, Student Success,

- Careers & Corporate Partnerships to drive key recommendations and action plans
