Key Responsibilities :

- Forming partnerships with Bank, NBFCS, and Insurance Companies to offer finance products in rural areas

- Creating financial, insurance, and savings products and services that can be offered to farmers / rural customers

- Coordinate between the operations team and external partners such as banks, NBFCs, financial institutions

- Responsible for the process & documentation of onboarding from the Bank

- Developing a business plan to ensure that the company meets its goals and objectives when working with banks

Qualifications :

- Interest in bettering the lives of farmers since this role involves understanding farmers' needs and then creating and offering relevant financial products to them

- 3+ years experience in forming relationships with banks, NBFCs, microfinance or other financial institutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Should be well-versed in writing proposals for partnerships

- MBA (Full time) is preferred
