Role: Pre Sales Consultant
Base Location: Pune
Experience: 4+ years
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be working with the sales and customer success teams to design and develop solutions around applications of AI technology in transforming organizations into cognitive enterprises. You will be responsible for working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales & marketing engine to achieve the strategic and financial goals of Unscrambl.
Some of the tasks you will be involved in are as follows -
- Build high quality and detailed sales proposals, SOWs and presentations for Unscrambl prospects & clients.
- Present to a wide variety of audiences from C-level executives to technical experts.
- Be functionally and technically proficient in Unscrambl products & solutions.
- Contribute to new product ideas through primary and secondary market research, customer feedback.
- Collaborate with data scientists, conversational AI experts, platform developers, product management and top management to WOW our customers and establish long-term business opportunities.
Key skills / experience required -
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Strong Experience of working with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview etc)
- 4+ years of data analysis & data preparation in a sales, sales support role, or equivalent experience in customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and Presales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels.
- Highly proficient with PPT, Excel and related analytical tools (Python, SQL, R, AWS).
- Organized and should have presence of mind, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Provide feedback to both product management and senior sales management on returned assessments to ensure sales training effectiveness and product quality..
- Comfortable working in highly unstructured environments and with minimum direction.
