The Opportunity Senior Incubation Manager heading the Delhi branch of UnLtd India. Your RESPONSIBILITIES will be to: - Work with the Incubation Director to set the strategy for non-financial support to UnLtd India's regional portfolio and would involve travel upto 15% of the time. - Provide high-quality coaching and advisory support to the UnLtd India entrepreneurs with focus on both organizational and leadership development - Create and manage pool of experts/ mentors/advisors - Support in the scouting and selection of the Social Entrepreneurs including financial and organizational diligence - Work with the Delhi team and chart out the career progression for the team. - Support CEO in fundraising operations in Delhi and Northern India We are looking for you to have the following SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE: - At least six years work experience. Past experience of working with entrepreneurs and/or working with a consultancy and/or with a start-up is preferred. - Good understanding of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. - Strong grasp of strategy setting and organizational capacity building. - Strong team management skills. - Understanding of legal documents would be an added advantage. - Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
