JD for Procurement- Finance Manager

Desired Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA)

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager

Experience : 10-12 Years post qualification

Must have:

1. Invite tenders, bids, quotations/proposals, assess and recommend vendors.

2. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain vendor relationship.

3. Processing vendor invoices for payment.

4. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.

5. Vendor benchmarking for various procurement needs.

6. Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.

7. Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.

8. Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages, and insurance.

9. Reconciliation of Account with all vendors.

10. Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable taxes/duties, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices with respect to purchase of materials and services from domestic and foreign vendors.

11. Prepare various MIS reports related to purchase/contracts.

12. Maintain vendor database and agreements.

13. System knowledge required - MS Office / XL / Powerpoint.

Desirable:

1. Fair idea of Customer invoicing and taxes involved.

2. System knowledge required - Tally / SAP.

3. Import / Export formalities.
