We're looking for an experienced Program Associate to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.

Job Description :

- Work closely with industry experts & academic leaders to design program features.

- Manage program development and delivery processes including timelines, budgets. Innovate to develop scalable processes

- Close partnerships with leading corporate to strengthen program offering

- Manage execution of program tasks, end-to-end

- Innovate on new program features, strategize and identify new growth opportunities (new markets etc.)

- Take independent ownership of one process vertical, if required e.g. user acquisition, program delivery.

- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.

- Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done

- Ability to work on multiple tasks independently

- Ability to define and complete work within deadlines

- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Track-record of taking ownership of entire-tasks/ should be able to work with little or no supervision

- At least 1 year of experience in Software Development, Management Consulting, Either Data Analytics, Block chain, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics,
