Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the supplier portfolio by adding more PBSA/HMO providers for top Universities across UK by understanding the Business needs.
- Should be able to efficiently manage the contracts with the providers.
- Representing University Living at various education fairs, ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential Clients.
- Ensure process documentation and cascade of the processes to the Sales team to facilitate the booking process.
- Should be able to act quickly on ad-hoc requirements.
- Provide training to the FTEs as and when it is needed.
- Should be able to independently create Dashboards, MBR and QBR.
Required Skills:
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivation to work independently and with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to new and evolving processes.
- Must be flexible with shift timings & week offs.
Work Experience:
5-8 years of experience in the following skill sets:
- Supply Management
- Contract Management
- Process Design and Documentation
- Process Training
