Roles and responsibilities :
- Responsible for Campus Recruitments & University Relations
- Campus strategy for the business in partnership with Business team to facilitate hiring of Graduates / MBA etc. from Campus.
- Regularly interacts with Business Unit Head's to develop a thorough understanding of the business and the hiring needs. Utilizes this understanding to improve effectiveness of process, and experience of hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop & manage university relations strategy and university relationships with partnered colleges & universities.
- Identify & execute the long term sourcing strategies to meet current & future competency needs of business, including synergies with contingent labor and university talent.
- Identify the main reasons of attrition, through analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with senior management to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Plan and execute University outreach and programs through logistics and planning executions.
- To drive Employee branding strategies across Universities and campus tied up with Organisation.
- Responsible for overall delivery of campus process from recruitment to on-boarding.
- The Campus Recruiting manager will lead the firm's campus recruiting efforts to hire exceptional talent into the company .
- Developing the recruitment marketing brand to ensure that we areable to attract the best talent on all our campuses MBA colleges and Graduate Institutes.
- Develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy to attract andhire high quality students from campus
- Lead the campus hiring program for each division advice the business on the campuses to visit, as well as other key decisions oncompensation, branding and networking activities to participate in for the company to build brand equity and be the preferred employer of choice
- Develop and implement the campus hiring process
- Networking and interacting with Placement officers and student committees on behalf of the company.
- Developing standards for reporting all aspects of the recruitment processes e.g. cycle time, offer rejection ratios, diversity etc.
- Summer Intern Programme.
- Manage the summer analyst program which entails overseeing the training program, managing the mid and end of summer review processes, and working with business units to make final hiring decisions.
