Universal Consulting - Strategy Consultant

As an Experienced Consultant in this strategic consulting role, your responsibilities are integral to the success of the team and the firm.

Preferred location - Mumbai. Pune

Core Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Part of multiple project teams and workstreams. Define engagement objectives, scope, and work plans.

- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategic recommendations for clients.

- Financial and Operational Analysis: Conduct strategic, operational, and financial analyses to provide practical recommendations to clients.

- Solution Synthesis: Develop and synthesize various solutions to address specific client requirements, and report on outputs.

- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, and create recommendations based on data and analyses.

- Client Communication: Create client-ready presentations and deliver compelling business presentations.

- Deliverables: Design deliverables that align with the engagement's objectives and improve the quality of deliverables.

- Implementation: Play a key role in driving the implementation of recommendations made to clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with both project and client teams.

Experience and Core Skills:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or a related industry.

- Functional Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of various business functions, including strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, project management, marketing, and sales.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interviews, workshops, and presenting recommendations.

- Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to perform detailed quantitative analysis and research.

- Problem-Solving: Apply logical structuring and a structured approach to problem-solving.

- Interpersonal Skills: Be capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.

Qualifications:

- CA, Engineering, and a Master's degree, preferably with an MBA.
