Senior Consultant - Lifesciences

Qualification Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record

- Advanced degree (CA) or MBA or MS in Pharmaceuticals Management/Procurement Management.

- 7-10 years of total work experience.

- 4-5 years of experience in any of the Big Pharma (branded formulations)/FMCG or Industrial Products / Financial Services/ Agribusiness/ Retail and consumer industries in sales, brand management, distribution or channel effectiveness, network management.

- 3-5 years of experience in leading change transformations/transition or Program Management Office (PMO) for a management consulting firm or having led as a part of a PMO of large scale transformations projects.

- Experience in post-merger or acquisition integration as part of PMO, is a must for this position.

- Additional experience in demand forecasting, sales and marketing, third party manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, customer experience, net promotor score, digital transformation, lending, fund raising, road shows, IPO, distribution planning and warehouse management.

- Understanding of the principles of change management and performance metrics and dialogues

- Must demonstrate a willingness to travel and the ability to meet committed deadlines.

Position Summary :

- As a Senior Consultant you will manage change initiatives and implementation projects by tracking metrics, and handling complex analyses, whilst also preparing communications to report back to the client and top management, board and our firm leaders.

- You will also be involved in executing field force effectiveness, brand and therapy leadership programs, third party manufacturing, post-merger integration and sales field force effectiveness analytics for Big Pharma/ FMCG/ Industrial Products clients.

Job Responsibilities :

- You should be able to leverage your experience of management and work with implementation teams, provide support to the team members and be involved in project execution with the client. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you are responsible for:

- Creating a programme architecture that will enable the effective coordination and monitoring of the engagement.

- Developing the overall project sequencing for the identification and management of work stream interdependencies.

- Day to day management of the planning and implementation process with a particular focus on coordination, communication, tracking and problem resolution.

- Ensuring of content writing, documentation, supporting materials, and project plans updated and readily available for senior leaders.

- Managing activity through a weekly Programme Office session in which the progress vs. plan of all work streams is reviewed.
