Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Lead and conduct advanced research and analysis of market trends, competitor landscapes, and growth drivers across various industries. Provide insights and thought leadership in this area.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, to understand their unique requirements and preferences, regardless of the industry. Lead client relationships and become a trusted advisor.

- Pricing and Value Proposition: Develop and execute sophisticated pricing strategies and compelling value propositions

- Financial Projections: Develop complex and detailed financial projections

- Partner Selection: Evaluate and establish high-impact strategic partnerships and alliances

- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on complex growth opportunities, assess market potential, and provide comprehensive recommendations for expansion strategies across a range of industry segments.

- Distribution, Sales & Marketing: Develop and manage multifaceted distribution channels, sales, and marketing strategies that are adaptable and effective across diverse industries.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

- A strong background in healthcare consulting with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience, including prior experience as a Consultant.

- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, from drug development to post-launch strategies.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop complex growth strategies, market entry plans, and commercialisation strategies.

- Proficiency in data analytics, digital innovation, and profitability analysis. Advanced data modeling skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
