Experienced Consultant - PMO

- As an Experienced Consultant PMO, you will play a crucial role in managing change initiatives and implementation projects for our clients.

- Your responsibilities will involve tracking metrics, conducting complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to the client, top management, board, and our firm leaders.

- You will be involved in various projects, including field force effectiveness, brand and therapy leadership programs, third-party manufacturing, post-merger integration, and sales field force effectiveness analytics.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination and Monitoring:

- Develop an overall project sequencing plan to ensure effective coordination and monitoring of the engagement.

- Identify and manage work stream interdependencies to ensure seamless project execution.

- Provide support to the team members and guide them in project execution.

Tools and Methodologies:

- Offer support to the implementation teams by providing necessary tools, methodologies, and resources.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor, track, and report project progress to stakeholders.

- Ensure project plans, documentation, and supporting materials are updated and readily available for senior leaders.

Problem Resolution and Solution Development:

- Address and resolve project-related issues to maintain project momentum and successful outcomes.

- Co-develop solutions with the team to overcome challenges and achieve project objectives.

Program Office Management:

- Conduct weekly Program Office sessions to review the progress vs. plan of all work streams.

- Use the sessions as a platform to assess overall project status and make necessary adjustments.

Change Management and Performance Metrics:

- Apply principles of change management and performance metrics to enhance project effectiveness.

- Engage in dialogue with stakeholders to understand and address their concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a consistent outstanding academic record.

- Advanced degree (CA) or MBA or MS in Pharmaceuticals Management/ Procurement Management.

Experience:

- 3-6 years of total work experience.

- 2-3 years of experience in any of the Big Pharma (branded formulations) / Food / Agribusiness companies in sales, brand management, distribution or channel effectiveness, network management.

- 1-2 years of experience in leading change transformations/transition or Program Management Office (PMO) for a management consulting firm or having led as a part of a PMO of large-scale transformations projects.

- Experience in post-merger or acquisition integration as part of PMO is a must for this position.

- Additional experience in demand forecasting, sales and marketing, third-party manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, customer experience, net promoter score, digital transformation, lending, fund raising, road shows, IPO, distribution planning, and warehouse management.

- As an Experienced Consultant PMO, you will be an integral part of our team, driving change and delivering exceptional results to our clients. Your expertise, leadership, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the success of various projects and initiatives.
