Consultant Organisation Consulting
As an Experienced Consultant in Universal Consulting's organisation consulting practice, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive overall excellence. We seek someone with a proven track record in organisation consulting, gained from strategy/implementation consulting firms, and expertise in organisation design, performance metrics, and transformation.
Experience in Organisation assessments, organisation restructuring, competency assessments, competency mapping Capability Building, Competency Frameworks, KPIs, KRAs mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Conduct organisation assessments, recommend changes, and design new structures and roles.
- Perform comprehensive competency assessments and mapping to identify skill gaps and strengths.
- Define KPIs and KRAs for effective monitoring, helping clients achieve targets.
- Recommend strategies for organisational restructuring, enhancing collaboration and decision-making.
- Partner with senior management to assess strategies, processes, and structure.
- Collaborate with clients to develop actionable plans for smooth organisational changes.
- Provide change management guidance, fostering adaptability and resilience.
- Develop and deliver customised training programs to address competency gaps.
- Offer insights into industry best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- MBA
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Organisational Development, including KPIs, KRAs, and restructuring.
- Strong project management skills for timely delivery.
- Excellent analytical skills for complex data interpretation.
- Change management certification or training is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.

- Strong relationship-building across various organisation levels.
- Confident presentation skills, in-person and virtually.
