We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and excellent financial acumen to join our management strategy consulting firm. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and business optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and assessment of client businesses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Develop and implement strategic plans and recommendations to optimize business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, providing expert insights and solutions.

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.

- Lead and contribute to project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations.

- Work closely with senior consultants and partners to develop client relationships, deliver value-added services, and drive business development initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices relevant to clients' businesses.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.

- 2 - 3 years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or related roles.

- Strong financial analysis skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Proven track record of delivering strategic insights and solutions that drive business impact and value for clients.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
