Universal Consulting - Consultant

As a Consultant, you will be able to leverage your experience, provide direction to the team members and be involved in project execution with the client. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you are responsible for:

- Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customers

- Performing rigorous strategic, operational and financial analyses to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients

- Collaborating with team members to derive trends, conclusions and recommendations based on the data and analyses

- Transforming information into thoughtful insights regarding the client's strategic direction

- Managing and working with large diverse implementation teams

- Making UC STRATEGY an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a positive social climate in the office

EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years experience in consulting or relevant industry in areas of formulating and executing market assessments, product strategies, product and service launches, field force effectiveness, therapy management programs, market access and pricing including regulatory and reimbursement, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, benchmarking, strategic planning, program management across industries

QUALIFICATIONS

- Engineer/ CA + MBA

- Must demonstrate willingness to travel and work overtime when required

- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
