The ideal candidate will setup the content team and manage the activities on a daily basis. This individual should have strong analytical & communication skills. Ability to read reports & watch videos to crystallize the learning from it in clear numbers format is a must. Relevant experience in marketing / content writing / advertising / copywriting field is a bonus.  Responsibilities :  - Understand the concerns of students & parents today. Research & create messages that impact.  - Be able to create content in multiple formats like emails, videos, social media, blogs etc.  - Promote content through various channels online using new age tools  - Understand the methods & metrics around measuring the success of content in any format  - Recruit a team and keep the existing team motivated  - Target audience - Students of class 9-12 from top schools, their parents and their teachers  Minimum Qualifications :  - 4-8 years total experience in dealing with customer engagement / content marketing  - Experience in an analytical position with any consulting / advisory firm is preferred  - Outstanding written and oral communication skills  Educational Qualifications:  - MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a top institute is preferred  - Education / Certification in English Language or Journalism is preferred  - International exposure during work or study is preferred
