Description

As a senior member of our Consumer Lifecycle Engagement team, you will be creating innovative strategies to deliver value to our 50k+ senior school students. The role will involve remote team management and a fair degree of domestic travel. International travel opportunities will also arise as the reach grows to South East Asia & Middle East

Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative modes to identify relevant prospects and connect with them to close a deal.

- Meet monthly revenue targets through client acquisition with international or national curriculum schools. Build relationships with prospects and clients.

- Be completely responsible for achieving market share in the assigned territories. Must have a data-driven and analytical approach. Should have sales delivery mindset.

- Help Univariety better understand the client behaviour through quantitative methods, models and research and provide important feedback into the product and strategic development cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3-6 years experience in business development, sales and marketing.

- Experience in Education Industry is not a prior requirement

- Strong experience of dealing with CEO / Director levels at clients

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Educational & Experience Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a top-ranked University.

- International exposure during work or study is preferred.

Compensation

The role is a leadership position, and the remuneration structure will reflect that. Remuneration would comprise of fixed salary, variable bonus and stock options. Overall remuneration will be among the best in the industry.
