- Help build the Inside sales team, tools, and processes needed to engage prospects. - Develop / Execute Inside Sales plans from Lead Generation to Closure. - Create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails. - Acquire new accounts using a consultative sales approach/ Tailor make solutions. Delight every prospect with each interaction - Engage and cultivate relationships with C-level executives (Trustees, Founders, CEOs &amp; Heads of Schools) - Work closely with Field sales team to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities to closure. - Campaign planning, client profiling, pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress (forecasting), developing monthly, quarterly level forecasts.
