- Ensuring Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports are sent out to the clients

Required Skills :

- 3+Years of experience in Managing clients/Customer success roles with B2B clients.

- Customer success managers are the link between customers and our business, so they need to be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

- Customer success managers must be able to understand and address customers' concerns, questions, and issues.

- Customer success managers must be able to build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

- Coming up with long-term solutions that will benefit both the customer and the company is essential for this role.

- Critical-thinking and analytical skills

- Work from office/Hybrid model should be based in Hyderabad only.
