Unity Small Finance Bank - Senior Manager - Internal Control - CA

Principal Responsibilities :

- Maintain, monitor all bank level General Ledger (GL) controls.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal control framework to ensure the effectiveness of the bank internal controls.

- Evaluate and enhance existing controls to align with the best practices and industry standards.

- Review of general ledger and coordinate with stakeholder and get it certified that all GL's customer wise break up are available and highlight the issue if any.

- Responsible for submitting the monthly report on GL control and blocking of GL due to non-availability or breach of any control.

- Responsible for opening of new GL and complete the Oracle mapping.

- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of GL's - new, closed and freeze account

- Understanding of RBI circular, SEBI, and other relevant regulation

- Complying with Internal Financial Controls

- Dealing with Statutory, internal, and concurrent auditor

- Dealing with RBI inspector

- Preparation of MIS on monthly/quarterly basis

- Provide timely and accurate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- In-depth knowledge of GL maintenance, internal control principles, risk management methodologies, and compliance requirements.

Qualification - CA

Experience - 7-10 years (prior Finance department experience in a banking environment would be preferred)
