Lead Learning-Banking
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning content tailored to the specific needs of talent development and leadership enhancement programs.
- Implement a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
- Lead the delivery of learning interventions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through comprehensive assessments and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and leadership development, incorporating innovative approaches into existing programs.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the overall learning strategy of the organization, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a learning specialist, instructional designer, or similar role, with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering learning content through digital platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems) and face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrated experience in running talent development programs and leadership development interventions at various organizational levels.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools, multimedia applications, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Relevant certifications in learning and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) are highly desirable.
