Unity Small Finance Bank - Financial Controller

JD:

- Closure of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement of the bank under IGAAP and IND-AS and Holding Company under IND-AS

- Understanding of RBI circular, SEBI, and other relevant regulation

- Complying with Internal Financial Controls

- Dealing with Statutory, internal, and concurrent auditor

- Dealing with RBI inspector

- Preparation of various MIS on monthly/quarterly basis

- Well versed with IGAAP and IND-AS standards

- Well versed with RBI Regulations applicable to the Banks

- Strong operational and execution skills.

- Ability to think on his/her feet.

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in teams.

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and to work in high pressure environments.

Qualification - CA

Experience - 8-10 years (prior Finance department experience in a banking environment would be preferred)
