UNITRES is a new startup focussing on technology services company specializing in Application Modernization, Data Engineering & Analytics Services, and outsourced Product Development. We are dedicated to helping businesses transform their digital infrastructure, optimize their data processes, and develop innovative products to stay ahead in today's dynamic market landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the target market.

- Qualify leads through effective communication and needs assessment to determine fit for our services.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

- Understand client requirements and pain points to effectively position our services as solutions to their challenges.

- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.

- Work closely with the sales team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services in the market.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology services industry.

- Strong understanding of Application Modernization, Data Engineering & Analytics, and outsourced Product Development services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
