Job Description :

- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG and A), management of reporting and analysis

- Participate and oversee month-end close,Assist and drive SG and A efficiency initiatives

- Develop and enhance SG and A management reporting

- Identify and participate in cost cutting initiatives

- Assist in developing business level cost metrics to enable business leaders to make informed decisions around pricing and FTE management, Capital Reporting and Analysis

- Participate and oversee month end capital closing process

- Assist in Capital project cost development and ongoing cost tracking,Assist in identifying, measuring and tracking capital investment benefits

- Perform post implementation capital projects audits

- Maintain master files of capital projects, track capital funding status, and assist in enhancement of management reporting

Finance Position - Financial Planning and Analysis - Grade 28

Location: Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibility :

- MIS reporting - Preparation of key metrics and monthly financial reporting, Capex reporting, spend reporting, travel reporting. Publishing informative dashboards to Senior Management- Variance Analysis for Top and Bottom line of Profit and Loss account

- One time and Rolling financial budget, planning and forecast for Brazil OGS entity

- Account management to ensure all KPIs (realization, per person cost, utilization etc.) is on line,Decision making at various CBAs level activities

- Reviewing processes and suggesting/ implementing improvements & changes to current procedures,Create cost models and pricing of new and existing deals

Qualification :

Qualifications and experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting with CA or CPA 8-10 years experience in financial analysis and pricing field mainly in IT / ITES organization

- Candidate should be comfortable with excel, PowerPoint and word

- Working experience in ERP environment ( PeopleSoft experience preferred)Detail orientation, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, takes initiative to improve processes, works independently, team player,Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred

- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required 10+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting,Experience in cost accounting and capital investments

- Ability to effectively support/train and perform transactional based finance and accounting transactions

- Strong communication skills with all levels within an organization

- Expert level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience : Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
