Job Description/Project Overview :

- Healthcare Payer project is part of the newly formed practices group. Healthcare Payer project has dedicated team focused at making business impact in the services space for OGS through their vast payer knowledge, experience and expertise.

- The team works on providing functional experts for solution support which includes solutioning for RFPs and proposals, Client profiling, product profiling, key industry trend analysis and support.

- One of the key activities also include BA support for short and long term projects, this role requires resources to do requirement elicitations, create use cases, BACD and liason with the client to ensure quality deliverables at all levels.

- Team drives innovation and thought leadership in healthcare domain, through innovative solution ideas, market understanding, magazine publication on team& POVs on healthcare domain and seminars on external forums and websites.

Primary responsibilities :

- Taking up business analysis profile, including Product/Project scoping, requirement gathering, Gap Analysis, Use Case design, UAT

- Conduct domain presentations for projects, business and internal teams

- To learn quickly and deliver artifacts across Healthcare domain areas

- To articulate and write articles/whitepapers/presentations/point of views

- To participate in innovation programs, conceptualize and build upon new ideas

- Should be able to lead initiatives and run them independently for clients of OGS

- Should be able to provide domain expertise in Healthcare domain, displaying deep understanding of the domain and drive business for external clients

- Should be able to assess systems/process and derive business opportunity for OGS and improvements/benefits to the client.

Qualification/Desired Skills :

- Excellent knowledge of healthcare in US and emerging markets is mandatory

- Self Starter, goal oriented and self motivated with good interpersonal skills is a must.

- He should be able to drive things independently with the client and manage multiple stakeholders

4-8 years experience mandatory

- It is desired that resource should have worked as Business Analyst with at least one of the payers and should have executed at least one project till UAT

- It is desired that resource should have experiences in writing business Case, Requirements, Use Cases, Gap Analysis

- It is desired that resource should have done Integration/UAT in at least one of the projects

Should have good presentation and material creation skills.

- Understanding of RSA methodology and RSA certified resources will be preferred

- Good verbal and written Communications skills

- Should be good at articulation skills
