Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Be the business subject matter expert, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering

- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

- Lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities

- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools- Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs

- This requisition is raised on behalf of Prashanth Koduganty and he will be the hiring manager for this requirement

Years of Experience :

- Candidates must have 9 plus years of CMMI SVCS / ITIL V3 and Six Sigma implementation experience and overall experience should be between 12 to 13 years.

- Candidate also having people management experience in his prior experience.

Job Description :

- Collaborate with SEPG and SQA teams to drive CMMi SVCs high maturity process areas

- Candidate would have involved in process performance baselines for at least 2 cycles

- Implement BPMS and GQM at organization level Required

- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data

- Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results

- Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model

- Presenting project analysis and findings to portfolio leaders for action plan implementation.

- Responsible for process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery.

- Involved in at least one cycle of QMS release, release communication and conducting the refresher session in prior roles.

- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS

- Identified and driven optimization and improvement projects aligned to High Maturity and Six Sigma

Qualification/Skills Required :

- Experience of CMMI SVCs High maturity process areas definition and implementation, Experience in Qualitative Management/ Statistical Techniques (SPC, Prediction models, etc.)

- Metrics benchmarking and process performance base lining experience

- Exposure to BPMS and GQM approaches and relevant tools & techniques

- Should have experience in designing, developing and implementing Prediction and process performance models

- Good at Causal Analysis methodologies

- Mentor six sigma projects using DMADV, DMAIC and Lean.

- Hands on Experience on Data Analysis (using analysis techniques) & Statistical tools Minitab

- Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

- Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.

- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and colleagues - Progressive, flexible and team oriented person required.

- Excellent training and presentation skills

Qualifications :

- CMMI SVCs / ITIL V3 / ISO 20K Certification is desired

- Certified internal auditor in ISO, CMMI SVcs - Six Sigma Green Belt certified and successfully completed 1 GB project.

- Candidates must have minimum a graduation degree

- PMP / MBA preferred

- Candidates must have IT background
