Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures

- Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget

- Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions

- Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

- Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders

Education and Experience :

- Graduate/Postgraduate

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Application Development & IT Workforce Management

- Expertise in at least one Scheduling tool, for example: Blue Pumpkin

- Conceptual knowledge of Dimensioning and Feasibility processes & their importance is required

- Knowledge of SharePoint Designer required

- In depth knowledge of Tableau & Datameer is essential - experience of working on Hive/HDFS will be considered

- Expertise in MS Excel & MS Access, with exposure to hands-on VBA coding in both tools

- Exposure to SQL, SSRS & SSIS required

- Exposure to SharePoint Architecture, with extensive experience in development, deployment and maintenance of complex environments essential

- Should be well versed with SharePoint Migration activities

Work Hours: 2.30 pm - Midnight IST

Job Profile :

- Ownership of developing complex solutions leveraging Big Data Tools - for example Datameer Assets, Hive tables, Tableau Dashboards

- Responsible for integration of reporting/dashboards/visualizations on Tableau, Datameer, PPM Optics, etc. with SharePoint sites and real-time data feeds

- Acts as Subject Matter Expert for other teams within UnitedHealth Group

- Responsible for administration of key PPRM SharePoint architecture

- Key point of contact for liaising with SS&MO IT Directors to gather and refine requirements and develop design documentation for new tools

- Performs complex feasibility studies and articulates impact assessment to business leaders

- Responsible for operational metrics and resolving operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan

- Work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to process improvement initiatives

- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutionsReviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.

Qualification :

- 5+ years of financial and operational management experience.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience

- Financial acumen and P&L management skills Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment.

- Prior work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan.

- Work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives.

- Executive presence, ability to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
