Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager at United We Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence in both the US and India. Your primary responsibilities will involve crafting high-quality marketing collaterals and assets, curating and building engaging content, managing our brand reputation, and conducting client demos with key stakeholders in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Your insights and initiatives will also drive our public relations activities across both regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Collateral Development: Design and execute marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and values.

- Content Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and curation of compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires action across multiple platforms.

- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage our brand reputation online and offline, implementing strategies to enhance positive visibility and mitigate risks.

- Client Engagement: Conduct informative and persuasive demos for potential clients, including healthcare companies and insurers in the US, to showcase our services and their impact.

- Public Relations: Coordinate and lead PR activities, building strong media relationships and maintaining a positive public image in both the US and Indian markets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors.

- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Strong understanding of the latest marketing technologies and platforms, and how they can be utilized in a mental health context.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

- Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and projects, with specific insights into the US and Indian markets.
